Pursuant to Rule 9 of the Union, Notice is hereby given that the 30th
Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Malaysian Airline System Executive
Staff Association (MESA) is to be held as follows:-

Lunch will be served from 1245hrs to 1430hrs

No slippers, No jeans, No shorts, No sleeveless t-shirt, No round neck t-shirt.
* The club management have the right to deny entry guests who failed to dress accordingly.

For this year's MESA 30th AGM, there will be an election of officer. At the close of the nomination,we received seven nomination for the five position in the Executive Council Member.
* No nomination from the other Executive Council position (President, Vice President, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer, and Assistant Treasurer) except from the incumbents.
The election shall be conducted by secret ballot in accordance with Rule 25 of the Union.
ELECTION UPDATE: Result will be out Wed, 28Jul10, at the end of MESA 30th AGM. 
And the seven candidate for
the 5 Executive Council Member position are:-
