For this year's MESA 28th AGM,
there will be an election of Executive Council.
And again, we will reveal our blue MESA ballot box to members! Shhhh... its a secret ballot.
At the close of nomination deadline on 15 July 2008, there are eight candidates contesting for the five available Council Member positions. The election shall be conducted by secret ballot in accordance with Rule 25 of the Union. ELECTION UPDATE: "ELECTED" Council Members are indicated below. For circular on the full Exco line up, please goto MESA Secretary page.  And the eight nominees are:-
Chong Kok Seng (Airport Operation)
Christie Joseph (Inflight Service Executive)
Hussin Shamsuddin (Airport Operations) ELECTED
Kamarul Zaman Saisi (Inflight Service Executive) ELECTED
Mohd Zainuddin Mat Daud (Property) ELECTED
Najmi Rahimi Muzni (MASkargo) ELECTED
Ravinthran Mariappan (Maintenance Control Centre)
Tengku Fachruddin (Airport Operations) ELECTED
* No nomination from the other Executive Council position (President, Vice President, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer, and Assistant Treasurer) except from the incumbents.
