CA 2012-2014 Negotiation Update * Updated 18Feb12 *
Its been a tough year for all of us.
Despite the tough business environment, company reorganisation, and uncertainty, we are committed to negotiate our CA with wisdom and patience.

MESA (via MASET) have submitted our CA proposal to the Company in August 2011. We have had 2 meetings with HCIR.

The management proposal involves a minor salary adjustment, salary range freeze, retirement age adjustment, annual leave reduction, duty travel downgrade and inferior roster patterns.
