Voting Centre: As per below
Eligibility: MESA members (as at 28th MESA AGM)
Secret Ballot mechanism
i) Ballot paper will be distributed to members gradually starting 07Nov08/Fri.
And will be distributed at the Voting Centre below.
ii) Please return the ballot paper to the Voting Centre person-in-charge
starting 10Nov08/Mon until 13Nov08/Thu at the location below.
iii) Only one ballot per member.
