will be setting up a service counter to provide services in relation to
the Group Insurance Policy GS 3330 & GS3330A. | DATE | VENUE | 11May09 & 12May09

Service counter operating hours will be from 9:30am until 4:00pm.
All staffs who have purchased insurance coverage under GS 3330 & GS 3330A are strongly encouraged to visit the counter to clarify your doubt pertaining to the above-mentioned insurance scheme.
The following transaction can also be performed during your visit to the counter:
1. Collection of Life Insurance Premium Certificate (LAPC) for the year 2008
2. Update latest address and contact details
3. Top up existing coverage
4. Purchase new coverage for spouse/ children.
5. Inquiry on Insurance Certificate
6. Inquiry on status of policy |
